1. Who you’re agreeing with

This site is operated by Fit Beyond Sight LLC, founded by Mario Bonds, based in Maryland with operations in Georgia. References to “we,” “us,” “Fit Beyond Sight,” and “the Company” mean Fit Beyond Sight LLC. References to “you” mean the person reading and using this site or buying any service.

2. By using this site, you agree

By browsing fbs.fit, signing up as a member, or purchasing any service, you confirm that you’re at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian’s consent and they’ve reviewed these terms with you), and that:

• You’ll provide accurate information when creating an account or buying anything
• You’ll keep your password to yourself — accounts are personal and not transferable
• You won’t use the site or its content in ways that violate the law or these terms

If you don’t agree with these terms, don’t use the site. If you’ve already signed up and decide later that you don’t agree, you can cancel and request account deletion at any time (see Section 11).

3. What we offer

The current product line, summarized:

Visionary Memberships (recurring)

• Visionary Access — $9.99/month or $99/year (save $20.88). Includes the member newsletter, the standard member content library, selected podcast content, early access, 10% off Buddy and Life Coaching, and 10% off Store.
• Elite Visionary Access — $14.99/month or $149/year (save $30.88). Includes everything in Visionary, plus monthly live group calls with Mario, Elite Visionary Q&A and AMAs, private livestreams and live workout sessions, behind-the-scenes content, Elite Visionary challenges, priority booking, and the top-tier 15% off sessions and store.

Live pricing and the up-to-date feature list are at /pricing . If anything in these terms ever conflicts with the published pricing page, the pricing page wins.

Fitness Buddy Sessions (one-off or pack)

• Single sessions — Check-In $49 / Session $79 / Deep Dive $119 (members save 10–15%)
• Jumpstart — $279 for 4 sessions, usable within 60 days of purchase (members only)
• Monthly plans (members only) — Starter $129/mo (2 sessions), Momentum $239/mo (4 sessions), Accelerator $449/mo (8 sessions); plan credits are issued each billing cycle

Member rates apply automatically when booked from your member account. Sessions are 1-on-1 with Mario, scheduled through our own booking system at purchase or with a session credit.

Life Coaching Sessions (one-off or pack)

• Single session — $95 (members from $85.50)
• 2-pack — $180 (members from $162)
• 4-pack — $340 (members from $306) — packs are member-only

Fitness Coaching (application-only)

Full coaching engagements are application-only. Apply through the form on the coaching page . If accepted, you’ll receive a separate written coaching agreement that takes precedence over these general terms for the coaching relationship.

Store

Merchandise sold through the store is governed by these terms plus any product-specific shipping and returns policy at the point of purchase. Member discounts apply automatically when logged in.

4. Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD)
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we don’t store your card details
• Recurring subscriptions (any tier on monthly billing) renew automatically until you cancel
• Yearly subscriptions renew once a year on the anniversary of your sign-up date until you cancel
• If a payment fails, we’ll retry per Stripe’s default retry schedule and notify you by email
• Repeated failed payments without communication may result in your access being paused
• You’re responsible for keeping your payment method current — update it from your account page via the Stripe customer portal

5. Cancellations & refunds

14-day membership promise

If a Visionary Access or Elite Visionary membership doesn’t deliver real value in your first 14 days, write to us at info@fitbeyondsight.com within that window and we’ll refund what you paid. No retention calls, no pressure tactics.

Membership cancellations

• Cancel any time from your account page (Stripe customer portal) or by emailing us
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until that date
• No partial refunds for unused days within a paid period
• For Yearly plans cancelled outside the 14-day promise window, no refund is issued for the remainder of the year, but access continues until the renewal date

Buddy Sessions & Life Coaching Sessions

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session: rescheduled at no charge, or refunded if requested
• Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows: forfeited, but Mario may at his discretion offer a one-time reschedule
• Unused Jumpstart sessions expire 60 days from purchase; unused monthly-plan sessions follow the plan’s cycle rules shown at purchase
• Refunds for unused, unbooked sessions in a pack are available within 30 days of purchase, less the cost of any session already used at the single-session rate

Fitness Coaching engagements

Refund terms for coaching engagements are set out in your individual coaching agreement, which takes precedence over the general terms above. Generally: a partial refund is available within the first 7 days if onboarding hasn’t begun. Once programming is delivered and sessions have started, the engagement is non-refundable due to the time and design committed at the outset.

Store purchases

Physical merchandise: returns within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. Digital products: non-refundable once downloaded.

Pauses

Membership pauses are available in exceptional circumstances at Mario’s discretion, limited to one billing cycle per year. Email us before your next billing date to request a pause.

6. Health disclaimer (read carefully)

Coaching, training programs, and fitness content involve physical exercise. Exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, exacerbation of pre-existing conditions, and rare cardiovascular events.

By purchasing or participating in any fitness service or using any fitness content from Fit Beyond Sight, you confirm that:

• You’re physically capable of participating in exercise
• You’ve consulted a qualified medical professional if you have any condition that might affect your ability to train safely (heart conditions, blood pressure issues, joint problems, recent surgery, pregnancy, diabetes, etc.)
• You’ll listen to your body and stop or modify any exercise that causes pain beyond normal training discomfort
• You assume full responsibility for any injury arising from exercise undertaken as part of, or inspired by, our coaching or content

Mario Bonds and Fit Beyond Sight LLC are not licensed medical professionals. Nothing on this site is medical, nutritional, or therapeutic advice. If you need medical advice, see a doctor.

Life Coaching is not therapy or counseling. Life Coaching addresses goals, structure, accountability, and mindset within the normal range of human experience. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or treatment of mental illness. If you’re experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or, in the U.S., dial 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

7. Member content & account use

• Your member account is personal — don’t share login credentials
• Member-only content (audio vault, video vault, library, Elite Visionary audio drops, partner discount codes) is licensed to you for personal use only
• Don’t redistribute, repost, screen-record, or share member content publicly or with non-members
• Don’t share partner discount codes outside the membership; codes are tracked and may be revoked if leaked
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that share access, redistribute content, or otherwise breach these terms — without refund for material breaches

8. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other members or Mario
• Post or share content that’s illegal, defamatory, or hateful toward any group
• Attempt to bypass authentication, scrape protected content, or interfere with the site’s operation
• Submit false information when signing up or applying for services

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts for any of the above. For severe or repeat violations, we may report to law enforcement.

9. Intellectual property

The site, brand, written content, audio, and video are the intellectual property of Fit Beyond Sight LLC. The "Fit Beyond Sight" name and logo are trademarks of Fit Beyond Sight LLC.

You may quote short excerpts of public-facing content (blog posts, public articles) for personal or editorial commentary, with attribution. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Member-area content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only — see Section 7.

10. User-submitted content

If you submit testimonials, contact-form messages, or any other content to us, you grant Fit Beyond Sight a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the business — including using testimonials on the site, in marketing materials, and in social media. We won’t use your name or recognizable details without your consent.

11. Cancelling your account & data deletion

You can cancel your membership and delete your account at any time:

• Cancel from the account page (Stripe customer portal handles billing cancellation)
• For full account deletion (removing your profile, data, and history), email us at info@fitbeyondsight.com with "Delete my account" in the subject
• We’ll delete what we can within 30 days, except records we’re required by law to retain (mainly payment receipts for tax purposes — kept 7 years)

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• Fit Beyond Sight LLC, its founder, officers, employees, contractors, and any partners or providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services
• Our total liability for any direct damages, regardless of cause, is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim
• This applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory

Some U.S. states don’t allow exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limits may not apply to you. In those states, our liability is limited to the smallest amount allowed by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fit Beyond Sight LLC, its founder, officers, employees, contractors, and any contributors harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site or services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Service changes & availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or any service at any time. We’ll give reasonable notice for changes that affect paid services. If we permanently discontinue a paid service, we’ll refund the unused portion you paid for.

The site may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, or events outside our control. We aim for high uptime but don’t guarantee it.

15. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Operations are conducted in both Maryland and Georgia.

Before filing any formal claim, you and we agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting info@fitbeyondsight.com and giving us 30 days to respond and try to resolve it.

If informal resolution doesn’t work, any unresolved dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. You waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when we change products, vendors, or to keep up with the law. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. For significant changes — pricing, refund policies, dispute terms, or scope of services — we’ll notify members by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the site or services after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

17. Severability & entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy , are the complete agreement between you and Fit Beyond Sight regarding the site and services. Any individual coaching agreement you sign for a Fitness Coaching engagement takes precedence over these terms for that engagement only.
