What membership looks like in a normal month
Membership isn’t a vault you log into once. Here’s the shape of a typical month:

- Progress and consistency check-ins through your tools and streaks.

- Elite Visionary adds the monthly Elite AMA Live, the weekly Elite Strength Lab, private live streams with Mario from FBS, Form Check, and priority booking.
New content is added regularly. The weekly classes, the Monthly Accountability Call and the monthly Elite AMA run on a set schedule; live streams and other events are announced in advance.
Prefer to pay as you go? Everything’s open to you
You don't need a membership to work with us. Book a session, get coaching, request a custom order, or shop the store any time — no membership needed. And the moment you become a member, sessions and most store items are 10% off as a Visionary or 15% off as Elite Visionary, applied automatically with no codes.
Yearly membership — pay once, save about two months
Annual is the best value on every tier — one payment, locked in for the year, real savings versus monthly. At the regular price, Visionary is $129/yr (save $26.88); Elite Visionary is $299/yr (save $60.88).

Member pricing applies to every session and to the store — automatically, with no codes. A few items, like gift cards, are excluded and say so. Session prices you see quoted at the member rate are already the discount in action: Buddy at $44.10 / $71.10 / $107.10 for Visionary, and Life Coaching at $161.10 / $305.10 / $575.10. Elite Visionary saves 15%.

Common questions before joining
Do I need a membership to book a session?
No — anyone can book. But members save 10% (Visionary) or 15% (Elite Visionary) on every session and most store orders, automatically.
What’s the difference between the two tiers?
Visionary is the full member experience — library, programs, weekly live classes, tools, the Vault, events, and member pricing. Elite Visionary adds the closest access: Sidney (the FBS assistant, always on), the monthly Elite AMA Live, the Elite Strength Lab, private live streams, Form Check, the music studio, the personal-life room, priority booking, and the higher 15% discount.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in — cancel from your account in a couple of clicks. See the fine print →
Can I switch tiers later?
Any time. Changes are pro-rated automatically — you only pay the difference, and new access unlocks immediately.
Are Fitness Buddy or coaching sessions included?
No — those are booked and paid separately. Membership gives you member pricing on them (10% Visionary, 15% Elite Visionary), applied automatically. Every member does get the Monthly Accountability Call with Mario from FBS, a group call included in membership.
Is there a community?
FBS is not a member-to-member social network. Membership may include experiences led by Mario from FBS, challenges, live sessions, and shared programming, but members are not required to interact with one another.
Are live events guaranteed every month?
These are on a set schedule: the weekly live classes, the Monthly Accountability Call (third Tuesday) and Course Club (fourth Tuesday) for every member, and the Elite AMA Live on the first Thursday of every month (plus the weekly Elite Strength Lab) for Elite Visionary. The FBS Open Class on the second Thursday is open to everyone with an account, free ones included. Private live streams are an Elite Visionary experience. Depending on the topic, Mario from FBS also opens some live workouts to all members, and now and then to everyone. Live streams and other member activities are announced in advance rather than promised on a fixed cadence.
Is medical or mental-health care included?
No. FBS provides fitness, wellness, and accountability support — not medical diagnosis, treatment, or mental-health care.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep access through the end of the paid period, then your account moves to free. Your data is retained per our privacy policy, and you can request deletion any time. See the privacy policy →
