Fitness Buddy and coaching are accountability, motivation, and education — not medical care, physical therapy, diagnosis, or mental-health treatment.
Need a different time? Reschedule free up to 24 hours before your session. Inside 24 hours, the session is treated as held. Cancel a session at least 24 hours ahead for a full credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 24 hours are not credited. If you miss a session without notice, it counts as completed — no refund or credit. Life happens, so reach out and we will always try to work with you.
